Good personality traits, The essentials for our Success, Health, Happiness, Relationship, Bliss & Contentedness - Our positive & Negative habits/qualities/strengths/weaknesses -The enablers & the blockers.

Most of the times Our success & Happiness is a matter of reduction, deletion & subtractions & not addition.

It is more important to manage, minimize or eliminate our self-blockers/preventers/destructors, all our negative ones to have what we desire.

How our following biases keep us from being happy, contended & successful

1.Education bias – Most of us equate qualifications, rote-learning & certificate as education

2.Entrepreneurship bias – We having heard of many entrepreneurs who were school/university drop outs & succeeded in-spite of not having high education. We tend to nurture the thought that it is not essential to have education

3.Success bias – we all have the sub-conscious belief that, many of the super successful people succeeded because of few unique habits, we try to learn them to use to make us successful

4.Decision making Bias – Many of us wait for maximum information to have, so as to be able to take decision effectively. It could be the case in many cases, however the studies have shown that when we take decisions based on fewer information, our decision making is more effective

5.Creativity bias – everyone cannot be creative, only few unique people are creative

6.Action taking bias – many times we feel the more we delay taking actions, the more prepared we would be & the better would be the impact of action

7.The result bias – we focus more on the outcome rather than the actions, monitoring the action & improvising on a regular basis

8.Learning bias – we put more emphasis on learning from success rather from failures

9.Aura bias – many of us often assume that externally attractive & smarter people are also nicer and kinder, more capable at their jobs etc & we put certain people on pedestal based on outside appeal
